Help with Best Use of MR Points, Edge Miles, and Credit Card Travel Perks (Domestic, Vietnam, and USA Trips Coming Up)

Hi everyone,
I could really use your expert advice on maximizing the value of various points and vouchers across multiple credit cards. Here's my situation:

🔹 Points & Vouchers I Have:

1. American Express Membership Rewards (MR):
   • 100,000 MR points on my card
   • 35,000 MR points on my father's Amex card (can’t transfer directly, I know—but looking for combined strategy)
2. Axis Bank Edge Miles:
   • 10,000 Edge Miles (via Atlas)
3. HDFC Regalia Gold:
   • 8,000 points
4. Taj Hotels:
   • ₹10,000 Taj voucher

🔹 Upcoming Trips:

1. Domestic Trip – August 2025:
   • 2-night leisure trip to Uttarakhand or Himachal
2. Vietnam Trip – October 2025:
   • Flights are already booked
   • Need best options to redeem hotel points
3. USA Trip – Q1 2026:
   • Flights not yet booked
   • Would prefer Economy
   • Flexible with dates for better redemption

🔹 What I Need Help With:

1. Best redemption strategy for 100K + 35K Amex MR points
   • Should I wait for a transfer bonus to Marriott, Hilton, Flying Blue, Avios, etc.?
2. How to maximize 10K Edge Miles and 8K Regalia points?
   • Are there any current or upcoming transfer bonuses to partners like Accor, Marriott, Flying Blue, or Turkish Airlines?
3. Best way to use the ₹10,000 Taj voucher for a memorable 2-night stay in Uttarakhand or Himachal?
4. Any creative strategy to mix-and-match these points for either Vietnam hotel stays or upcoming USA flights?
5. General redemption suggestions for someone who prefers Economy class, boutique stays or 4-star properties, and doesn’t mind slight flexibility to maximize value.

• For Vietnam, you might have to scour through the cities to find a marriott hotel that offers you the best redemption in terms of points. Try to book for 5 nights at a place to get the 5th night complimentary.
• Transfer the Atlas and Regalia points to accor - they can account for about 24,000 accor points, equalling to about 48k INR if used at accomodation. You can book some really good resorts in Danang or Phu Quoc with these points.
• For US, try Cathay Pacific/Qatar airways if you wish to use your Amex points - It might be anywhere between 60k-80k depending on your destination. Taxes are higher for Cathay Pacific. Or if you can purchase the revenue tickets, use these points to upgrade to business class.
• You can also purchase 10000 Amex MR points once every year for INR 4000. So you can get upto 20000 points for 8k if you're falling short of points.
