Help with HDFC CC post application

I applied for the card, i received a mail, with a reply " you already have a card with us, we're holding this application" please request for limit enhancement with necessary documents etc etc. so what I've to do. Existing card: Rupay Tata Neu. I applied for MoneyBack+ Card. What will happen to my new card application? Will it get accepted after a while. Or only option is limit enchantment via old card? Does any one experience this, i'm attaching the mail screenshot

Same thing happened to me too. I have Regalia LTF with 4.8L CL and applied for Tata Neu
