You can downgrade and enjoy FYF. I would suggest to downgrade after 3 months / next quarter to avoid charges.

Don't blame me if charged. Some members here told that downgrade works, but not verified personally.

Then if you loose the DC, you won't be able to apply again.
If balance is not maintained, you will get downgrade and then it will become chargeable i guess (It's pure hypothetical, no one has experienced)
