My understanding from BoB site is, even regular savings account holders eligible to apply this card as long as AQB 10000 is maintained. That was reason i did not convert my account yet to Super savings. I will wait till next week whether my card is approved or not, else i will also convert into Super savings account and apply again.

How to check AQB , and is it possible to apply for the card from any Bob branch ?

AQB/QAB details can be seen in Bob world mobile app, under account details(more details).

I'm not sure about whether the application can be in any branch or base branch only.

Nope. Only home branch can apply your debit card.

To check AQB:

1. Open BoB world app- Click on "View All Accounts"
2. Touch on "1 Savings accounts".
3.Touch on " your account number / this > symbol"
4. Then Touch on your name
5. Then View More Details
6. There you will find AQB and AMB

But don't do any transaction one day before on the day and next day
While requesting for branch change via app

Benefit in real life has been shared in a blog post by a reasonably well known enthusiast. I'm not sure I can post that link here, might be a conflict.

Good News Friends! Visa Sapphire Card is now showing in app. As per info from branch person, all 3 cards are LTF on 10k MAB maintenance.
If you want to apply, tell branch person to select VISA SIGN MALE / FEMALE on their dashboard, it is the VIsa Sapphire Card. BIN is same for both and branding is different as kind and queen logo on physical card.

For me this card is super useful as I travel once per qtr. So around 4000 per year saved.

Thanks! no need to wait. Just keep 10k + balance and visit branch. They will immediately approve the card.
