file case in NCH, they will respond within a day
Ok but what if after NCH myntra cancel order ? we will be having unused Myntra credits then. If NCH complain can force Myntra or Mellora to ship order then its good. Mellora is showing very high price in Myntra and yet not delivering orders. My order from 13th may is yet to be shipped, my brother placed couple of orders around same date, out of one is delivered and one is yet to be shipped
 
any one tried NCH and succeeded to Force dispatch ?
Nope, but certainty is always good right, why would you want to stay in the dark. They will cancel the order anyways if they have to, but you can then work out your options rather than endless waiting. As soon as I complained to NCH, my order was cancelled but from what I read, the whole batch of BRPL was cancelled, so I placed a mellora order this time with the refund, now I believe I'm in the same boat, this time again I'll approach NCH with the same or a duplicate case and mention all of this, we will see what happens
