horrible experience with e-mandate

Hello,

Just sharing my experience with axis bank auto debit mandate.
I have youtube subscription for long, I had used HDFC card , as I got new card so I changed to Axis Magnus for youtube subscription auto debit.

After adding the payment method.
I got around 20 emails and 20 SMS

We wish to inform you that payment of INR 189.00 for Youtube will be auto debited via Axis Bank Card No. XXXXXX by 22-11-2023.

To deactivate Auto Pay facility against ID Wv9RB2XXXX, please log into https://ccm.axbk.in/s/XXXXX
Should you have any queries, please connect with us via any of the channels mentioned in the footer.

Even after that auto debit has failed.
I am used to with Youtube premium subscription, without it , its a horrible experience.
Then I was checking if my card is OK? Went to Amazon for a small payment.
It says with Axis Bank it has low success rate so they have disabled Axis Bank Card !!! (see the attached image)

Failure is happening on lot of websites, maybe due to that.

Its a VISA card.

After this I tried with IDFC card, payment went immediately.
Now YouTube premium is set. 🙂 (no more ads and can listen only)

I use Google Play GV at discount to pay YouTube subscription 😅.

I bought at 25% discount during Amazon offer 2 months ago.
