Hello,

has any1 booked via hotels.com? i saw the website and got really low rates....plus pay at checkin facility...plus great cancellation terms....sounds too good to be true to me....any1 can share their exp of booking thru it and actually completing the stay at the property

Hotels.com is a well-known booking platform and many travelers use it without issues, especially for deals with flexible cancellations and pay-at-check-in options. Still, it’s always good to double-check the hotel’s own site and compare rates to be sure you’re getting the best value. Reading recent guest reviews and confirming directly with the property can give extra peace of mind. Planning ahead in all areas of travel, whether accommodations or ground transfers like seattleblacklimo.com, helps keep the trip luxury and reliable.

Not at all in India, and I don’t know how it is doing these days. I booked a hotel in Mumbai through this site, but the hotel didn’t even know about my booking. Even after I showed them the confirmation email, they denied to give me a room. I tried contacting customer support, but it was useless. After that bad experience, I started using Booking.com or MakeMyTrip instead 😬 and after I got married, I moved on to Airbnb properties.

Always book on Agoda for non branded properties and directly on website for branded properties like Accor, Marriot
