Try e-mailing them. Just mention that I bought timesprime and hotstar is not available. They will take 3-4days time and add hotstar there

Alternatively you can get a wifi bundled plan. In my case I have 400mbps excitel connection which gives me prime, hotstar, ottplay(sonyliv, zee5 and many more). It is quite cheap too.

Not the cheapest way in my opinion. Just like that It comes bundled with jio prepaid plans too
