How and where to apply for HDFC CC LE ?

Hi TF folks,
I am using HDFC regalia gold , with current limit of 5L. Just wanted to know where and how do I proceed to request for LE.
I tried to talk with customer support, they said send courier to the following address.

They require salary slip if salaried

So this is the Level 1 (customer service). Go to level 2 (escalations) then 3 (grievance). They will share a form to fill along with salary info.

1 quick question, if I spend 1 lakh in first 3 month, I would get mmt black and club vistara membership , now probably Swiggy one. Is it worth it ?
I just checked, I crossed 1 lakh mark, and accumulated 6309 points. Is the reward rate ok ?
