How can I use my BPCL Smartdrive wallet balance at petrol pump?

I am facing same issue. Showing 'Transaction is not allowed'. How did you resolved it? Please share. It will be helpful.
Just send an email to support@hellobpcl.in
-with your SmartDrive ID (CU number) of the Smartdrive(you can find this in your BPCL app profile) and
- the registered mobile number
-with your issue message of this and ask the support team to fix it.

A case will be opened.

They will take sometime to respond it but they eventually fixed it.
