I truly favor banks putting spend-based conditions on LTF or entry-level cards for Lounge Access or getting a premium card and using the lounge access.
Recently, I flew AMD-MAA-AMD and could see the difference in food quality. Due to so many restrictions on lounge entry, food quality has improved. Lounge should develop some ideas to reduce the queue where people are trying to check their eligibility.
