How do I find new bank branches?

How to find new bank branches or upcoming branches in an area?
I can see new branches in my area when they start.
But,
Is there any information put up by banks on their newly opened branches.
Banks do flex the counts of branches they are going to open in the next year. However I couldn't find an actual list of newly opened branches.
Am being bank agnostic.

Is there a simple/easy way to find this information?

There are some things you can do in order to find the solution you are looking for;

• Bank Websites/Press Releases: Banks often announce branch openings in their "News" or "Press Release" sections.
• RBI Notifications: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) occasionally publishes notifications about branch openings and closures.
• Bank Annual Reports: These often outline expansion plans for the year, including new branches.
• Customer Support: Bank representatives or branch managers might provide information on upcoming openings if asked.

If you are looking for a particular bank the last option seems the best, however if you are looking for lists of all new the RBI notification can be helpful for you.

Turns out there is a RBI website which lists all branches. I will update the post and I found it from this forum

This RBI portal lists all the branches location wise. It has other search/filter criteria too. Periodically check it to know about new branches.
