How do I post in the 'Indian banks' forum?

I'm new on this site and need to post a question on 'Indian banks' forum. However, I couldn't find an option to post there. I'm confused

You post few messages in the TF neo section...Then I think when you cross few points (may be 5 or 10), we get permission to post in any of the section...
