How does “No cash advancement or withdrawal charges” works with indusind credit card?

Saw pioneer Legacy credit card offers No cash advancement or withdrawal charges. How does it work? They will not charge extra if i withdraw money from ATM? Will it be considered just like spending in online or PoS?

AFAIK, they won’t charge any withdrawal fees but they will start charging interest on that amount (any probably total outstanding amount) once you do cash withdrawal.
