Yes it is possible to generate statement without any transactions.
I had 50$ in the Aeldra acc but in the statement, I sent there was 0 balance.
They give you a link to upload the document.
They did not request any additional documents.

I did open. But the address which i gave belongs to Shipito.com , they do not forward credit cards. Now I’m-trying to change the address

I gave my friend's address during sign up. I called them , they told they will verify, did not ask any documents. Got statement in mail after 1 day of account opening.
