How long before (or do you even) get a pre-approved Axis CC after closing one?

I recently closed my Axis Bank credit card after a fight with them and was wondering how long it typically takes before Axis starts giving pre-approved credit card offers again if they do at all.

Has anyone here received a pre-approved offer after closing their previous Axis card? If so, how long did it take? Or does Axis basically block you from getting one for a while after closure?

I still have my Liberty Account with them and use the DC too.

Would really appreciate any experiences.

Instantly once old card is removed instantly you get options to apply with pre approved offers to apply for new card.

I don't wanna apply coz then they'll ask for income proof. Will they give pre approved again?

Axis did address verification for me. "The address provided was marked as Residential and so was declined by our Underwriting team."
I currently hold Axis MyZone secured. I applied for FK. I do freelance and trading, and so my office is my home.

If a secured card doesn't get me pre approved offer, I'm thinking of closing and waiting for a proper pre-approved offer based on account txn volume. But if i close the card, will they give me any pre-approved cards since I closed a card before?

Close the secured MyZone, and they will offer you an unsecured one.

🥲🥲 I have closed my secured fd Card on June but after that I'm still waiting for pre approved card.
They are continuously pushing loan offers
Currently getting 6L 4 wheeler loan, 2L personal Loan , 3L 2 wheeler loan as pre-approved.

Better to apply from your end rather than waiting when you already have a CIBIL history.

Nahhh I totally abandoned my Debit card, recently stopped using the account also.

I'm getting only pre approved loan offers, somehow if I manage to escape this loan saga, maybe I will get card Offers

Yes, they do physical kyc verification.

Depends on the profile. When I got my Tata Neu in 2023, I got it without any verification or income documents. Limit 45K got LE to 74K.
Closed the card and after account opening got hdfc Swiggy with 84K, same no verification or docs.
