How long does it takes to recieve 1500 Amazon GV voucher

Have fulfilled the required conditions but still no sign of voucher on email or sms ? It's been 12 days now.
And does it get automatically send to email or I have to call customer care ?

what offer was this for ? if this is the new CC offer it takes ~3 months.
3 months AFTER the month where u fulfilled the spend criteria i think

My Regalia card was approved on 20th May and received physical card on 23rd May. I had made first transaction of more than 1500 online on 23rd itself and yesterday I have received sms to claim vouchers.

Good to know I received on 2nd of June so I will give it few more days

I asked HDFC cc and they said they don't deal with offers and I have to contact another customer care

Would have preferred email to sms for voucher redemption tbh

You get link to gyftr website along with promotion code which you have to enter on opening the link and then you can claim vouchers.

The vouchers you have claimed you will get over email but don't get email for redemption, at least I didn't get.

It takes 3 months..
