How long it takes to get the welcome Benefits for Axis Vistara Infinite

Is your CV ID printed on the card same as the one you login with? If yes then you should have got it by now.. Call axis customer care on 1860 500 5555
The vistara CV ID that i was using was different from the one that axis provided on my vistara infinite card.. After many calls to customer care they finally cancelled the first card and reissued it with my actual CV ID.. only after that did i get the 10000cv points, vistara gold status and free business class ticket
Wow i never really noticed there was cv id on card which is wrong even though i mentioned my own cv id while applying. Thank you i will have to get connected with them. Is there any non toll free number or email address you know of as toll free numbers are not working from out of India. Thanks again!

Was so annoyed with the slow progress on the vistara infinite issue that i landed up taking Magnus as well.. and this was even before the miles transfer program was introduced so got a headstart on earning milestones!

Haha nice!! I actually got the vistara platinum before which gave the economy ones then magnus to make more miles and now thought of infinite to get the gold benefits but been waiting since then lol sent them email now all thanks to you!! Lets see how long they take now to fix this thing.
