How many bank accounts do you have and for what purposes?

TF Select
I hold following bank accounts

  1. ICICI Bank (Savings) - For salary crediting and investments
  2. IDFC First Bank (Savings) - for savings purposes, it gives good rate of interest.
  3. DBS - Idk why I am still holding this.
  4. Paytm Payments Bank - Had opened it long back, not sure why I am holding this too.
  5. Fi.money - For day to day transactions as my primary savings account would get cluttered with few hundred rupees transactions.
  6. Jupiter - Had opened alongside with Fi, thinking to close this.

Good to know that, and do banks honor that? because I saw some instances where we can book through 'app' but bank people says, "everything filled up, maybe app not updated properly, sorry about that" (which is not true and if you say you would invest they make it empty but not if you book through app).

Also, any other banks provide this kind of support ... apply through app ... ?
Don't know about rest... ICICI gives info for free locker count on customer care number... Then you can reach them

They will try... Say you are inclined toward short term investments and regular portfolio update

Yes .....Got the Rubyx and Sappiro credit cards as LTF and multiple discounts in processing fees that occurs while obtaining home and personal loans .etc

Had given some discounts in lockers too ...
You can easily get LTF Emeralde with 1 cr NRV. Someone in the community got it with 30lakh NRV

ICICI Wealth is zero balance account... You can check their website... Just open with minimum initial amount depends from branch to branch 2-5 lakh. But RM told there might be downgrade if we don't meet criteria in long term...

did you get IDFC Wealth CC
I was already holding their old 25k balance account... Upgraded to wealth... RM and CC didn't help they have a criteria of C2C of 5L for Wealth CC which I didn't met. I was getting Select CC... which I denied.

But later after 3 months I got pre approved offer for the same... Now I hold Wealth CC

Its time for your own bank or Account with subaccount concept, many new age bank doing this

Can we maintain in fd or need to maintain in saving account for pre approved wealth credit card?
That criteria i don't know... This was system generated WhatsApp messages for credit card... Nobody intertwined... So a trick to bypass

Try to keep just over 5 in savings

They might be in hurry to meet financial year ending targets so changed the system for a while... No one knows
