Similar thing happened with me too in 2019. Was offered a LTF Yes Card, but received a paid Prosperity Edge. After spending for 5-10 times on it on a wide variety of places, got an offer to "upgrade" to LTF Premia. Wasn't sure how much of an upgrade this would have been, but atleast there was no fee involved so went for it.Just to add; even I hold Yes Premia LTF since 2019 😅
Was holding a Yes Prosperity and within 3 months of holding that card and using it quite extensively for making some high value purchases; I was offered upgrade to LTF Premia which I took.
Was not much aware of benefits of LTF back then and limit offered was great too.
True, I didn't even get the EazyDiner membership with my LTF IndusInd Legend. Exception was LTF Eterna which gave Fitpass membership (although not using it for now).General conventions are:-
If you receive any card of any bank in LTF then you will not be entitled to get any benefits from them & vice-versa
Exceptions are always there.

Because when you are applying from the portal then if you have seen there are charges then why did you apply on the first place?I got a call from agent that they will give me LTF YesBank card. I applied through them and while applying it showed me annual fee for prosperity edge as 399. Agent confidently told me that it will be LTF and not to worry.
I received the card, checked with customer care and came to know that it is not LTF. I asked to close my card and they told me to pay joining fee if I want to close my card. I escalated it everywhere, then I got a call from agent begging me to take my complaint back or she will lose her job.
She sent me 1st year joining fee on gpay from her personal account and asked me to close my card and take my complaint back.
I placed a request to close my card, YesBank told me they have disabled my card and after 50 days it will be closed permanently.
So very bad experience for me.
While applying for Kotak Royal Signature card, charges were showing up, the agent told me it will be waived off for me and he was telling the truth. Also you applied the card then closed it so your cibil score will be impacted too, nothing goes to the agent.

If you have call recordings you should escalate it to MDCEO of Yes Bank. Even I experienced same thing but after long back and forth got the card converted to LTF. Also you will receive many calls from Yes Bank employees calling from their personal numbers, crying with the same story (money will be deducted from our salary, we will lose our job bla bla bla). How did you get to know that your Royal Signature is LTF?? I thought the similar thing would happen with YesBank, but clearly... That was not the case.
I have written email confirmation from Kotak that my Royal Signature is LTFHow did you get to know that your Royal Signature is LTF?? From where did you got the confirmation if it was not seen in the application form?
I'm asking you because recently I also got Kotak White on LTF basis & in the digital form when I applied it was clearly written as LTF.
Have you got something as attached during application??
If Yes, then fine, if no then please ask officially to Kotak if your Royal Signature is LTF.
