How normal is Statement generation before statement generation date?

Today I was randomly checking axis app and noticed that my statement has generated, but I was confused because my statement generation date is 10th of each month and today is 9th, so to confirm that I called axis Bank and they also said the bill generation date is 10th, she had no idea how did statement generate a day before statement generation date and said this shouldn't be happening. So wanna know from you guys, is it normal? I never saw this in my HDFC cards, or even other axis cards before (unless it got unnoticed)

Solution
For axis ,
If bill generation date falls on holiday, then axis generates bill on previous working day

For this month both 9th(2nd Saturday) and 10th are holiday
So they generated bill on 8th late night

It is possible and I got confused because of this once as well. My Bill date is 12 they generated a bill on 10th idk why. So next month I did a electric Billpay via this card thinking new statement has been started then got to know that my statement date is 12th only. They generated early I received early but their system still says that on 12th it was generated.

never have i heard of such a thing

It doesn't matter when bill generated one day before or at same day during these 3 days usually transactions dont settle and it won't come in bill generation and also your due date pay (last day of pay) will be same irrespective of Saturday Sunday holiday whatever. There is no issue in your case.

Nothing like that. Once I did a Txn in 12th Of the month and that was the statement date. Next day saw the Txn was settled in the statement. Lost ₹250 cashback 😓.

It depends on the bank involved..
For some banks its quite normal..for some organizations like Amex, their systems cut off works perfectly always...

it totally depends on the merchant's speed of acceptance. if you are in a statement cycle and for that particular month for cashback yes you will be loss T&C says clearly in a cycle of that cashback (whatever it might be of the cashback T&C)
