No plan for heavy use in coming months, any other way by which I cn achieve spend based milestone benefits, pl guide genuine ideas

If you can spend time, go to croma / vijay sales or similar stores and look for people interested in buying apple products. Apple has discount on all major products with hdfc. Offer to swipe your card. Give them some discount as incentive. Win-win for both.

Don't forget to take the money via UPI before you swipe your card 😉
