How to Activate AXIS My Zone add on cards

Hi Guys,

My friend recently got his Axis My Zone card which is offered LTF. Firstly he got select with add-on as paid later he called customer support and asked to close they offered my zone card LTF at the time of conversation they denied and we will try but not sure about add on cards but they sent it with the primary card. Primary card is reflecting on app but add on cards are not reflecting. We tried to activate it through IVR & ATM but nothing worked. Does anyone know how to activate these addon cards?

It works through IVR.
Call the phone banking number.
Select the option to reset pin
Then it gives option for debit card pin on 1
And for credit card on 2.
Select 2
Then if you have activation code you put that or generate it.
After it gets generated ivr will give you option to put it in.
Then you can set the password.
(All info from what I remember)

You can even manage usage on ivr option 7
Activate/deactivate domestic/NFC/international usage.
