I opened my jupiter account 2+ years ago, never used their pots feature until recently I tried it, and came to the realisation that the account got dormanted. I contacted their customer support, they are telling me to visit branch, I was recently going through a few TF threads and came to know that some people raised complaint on higher level and got their pots account reactivated without visiting branch, if anyone had any personal experience with this, please share it!
