Axis Atlas How to apply Axis add on credit card? I dont see option in mobile app.

I don't see this option anywhere in app to apply for add on credit card for my atlas credit card. Please help.

Add-on card can be applied by visiting Axis bank branch and filling out a physical form. I have received one for my wife.

I had applied Atlas Add-on card in November last year and received card in December.

There is no online process to apply for Axis Add-on card. The only way out is to visit Axis branch and submit a physical form. Already got one for Atlas and now trying to get Add-on for my Magnus for Burgundy card. It can take upto 1 month.
FYI: My Burgundy relationship manager helped me in getting this add-on card.

Cool, the last time I spoke to my Burgundy RM, add on cards were stopped. Will reach out to him again for my add on M4B card.

Idiots not providing addon card .. worst things

@canitin what form did you have to fill? We've tried asking 2 branches, but both are insistent that they cannot issue add-ons. Could you specify the form and/ or any other details so we can go them with this info? Thanks a lot
