How to apply for Citi Bank CC from a non-metro city?

I live in Surat, Gujarat.. currently wfh... Office in bnglr.. but i am not even able to insert my pincode - 395007 - is Surat not servicable by Citi? Can someone tell me how to get a Citi cc ASAP ??

Citi service available in surat . U can check in Citi bank website

 

Citibank has discontinued vkyc option. I have recently applied for it. They were asking me for physical kyc at my office address. And after two days my card approved successfully.

Guys, I am a resident of Indore, recently saw the 5k Voucher offer from Citi bank on Amazon and tried applying for it. The card application page only provided option to choose few selected cities and Indore does not come in their serviceable location. Has anyone of you tried applying for the citi cards from a non serviceable location?

Then its very less chance that they will offer.
May be not serviceable.
But I would say try once with their branch officials. Sometimes they have solution for it.
Go and try once atleast. Check what they have to say.

No that is not the case. My Aadhar Address was different. They did not ask for address proof (maybe because my office was in Bangalore).

Went up to escalate to their head.customercare@citi.com they kept on repeating that Indore doesn't come under their serviceable locations. No point in chasing them.
