How to apply for Rupay select debit card with BOB online?

I am a BOB shine account user and it says free Rupay Debit card but I am unable to apply for it online.

When I go to apply debit card, it shows only platinum variant:



Please guide on how to apply for the card online?

This is my home loan account. I also have accounts in Axis, HDFC, ICICI and IDFC

I applied for the Select debit card on July 9 and can see it on the BoB World app (along with the Rupay Classic card). When I try to access it virtually through the app, it says "unable to fetch debit card details". Is it possible to access DC details before getting the physical card?

I have not received any details on dispatch status as well. How long does it take to deliver the card?

Finally checked with the branch. They say that since mine is a home loan linked SB account, I do not get access to these benefits 🙁 Not sure how they can say I am a sparkle account but not give those benefits

@luckymurari - I also have a Loan + Savings account with BOB, and my savings account associated with the loan account has been upgraded to Radiance. When I reached the branch to apply for Rupay Select, the bank denied saying that this card is applicable to only those accounts that are not linked to loan accounts.

Is this true?

I did ask my branch manager about radiance account too and he feigned ignorance. Effectively I gave up on this now. He said that the card is applicable only to those accounts that are not linked to loan accounts
