I want to apply for HDFC millenia with C2C using my icici amazon pay card with 110k limit? I live in Kolkata. So anyone know the bank staff who can help me.

just approach your nearest branch and ask who is the credit card executive. apply through him/her. if you want an agent, they ask you to share docs over whatsapp, i feel it not safe, you may have different opinion and apply through agents.

Do banks credit card executives have options to apply through c2c? Or it can only be applied through agents?

ONLY Banks Employed Credit card Executive have the option to apply C2C in HDFC currently. that too only via Offline process. The on-call agents(DSAs) also, at the backend, have contracts with some bank employees to execute the same.

What is the cooling period for HDFC CC? I read somewhere in this forum that its 3 months. I applied for Millennia via c2c offline and got rejected with no reason 20 days ago. Yesterday I got a call for Tata Nue Infinity card. They asked me to apply after 1 month from rejection date. I have LTF Tata Nue offer in my Tata Nue app.
1. ask that asgent for exact reason, he can tell u by looking into their CSPortal.
2. mail grevierance/nodal to reprocess the application. if there were minor issues then they will tell u and to correct.
3. as far as i know in offline you can apply as soon as you get confirmation of declination. But can be a concern with CIBIL's perspective.

1) Messaged the agent. She said that she no longer works at HDFC.
2) Mailed few days back to grievance team. Got same generic reply. No reason mentioned.
3) If this is the case then I will wait till this month is over (only 9 days remain) then will proceed with either Tata Nue Infinity or Moneyback+. Guess, Millennia will be hard to get approved.

1. go to any nearest HDFC branch ask them to lookup in their CSPortal give them your application number.
2. dont ask them reason, ask them to reprocess application, do this only after knowing the reason from step 1, in some cases at that very branch you can request to reprocess the application, depends upons their mood for reprocess, technically they can.
3. there are different rules in offline & online application and their mutual connection.

Thanks. Fortunately, have Axis, ICICI, HDFC and Indusind banks (in a single multistory building side-by-side) near my house, approx 200 meters away. Will try this.

Few minutes ago, got an SMS from HDFC Bank stating 'Get Ready for Your New HDFC Bank Credit Card'. Visited https://leads.hdfcbank.com/ and checked for credit card application status once again. My application is now approved.
