How to apply IDBI/LIC Credit Card?

Has anybody applied/received the IDBI LIC co-branded rupay credit card?
This card is issued as LTF with Rupay Select varient and was intrested to get it since I don't hold a rupay cc.

P.S One is required to be a LIC policy holder/customer

I have this card and not using much. Offline application process and not worth the time.

Do you hold any bank account with IDBI or just this card?
