How to apply Millennia

I am kind of new to CC world. I have Axis Flipkart(1.2 lk limit), ICICI Amazon(70k limit) and HSBC smart value(40k limit). I wanted to apply to Millenia. But, when I try applying through HDFC website it doesn't show me Millenia in the list of cards for which I am eligible. How can I apply then? Also, how would I be able to get it LTF?

Go to branch, They are offering LTF basis c2c + salary slip.
