How to cancel Health Insurance after Renewal- NACH deducted?

My known person had given NACH permission for the Insurance from Niva Bupa.

They asked the agent to cancel the health insurance since it was no longer needed, but still NACH was deducted yesterday. Renewal date of health insurance is 29th September.

They had also mailed the bank home branch to stop NACH, but bank did not stop it. Can anything be done on this front?

no free look up.. read the policy doc tnc.. the refund % will be there

Since, renewal is slated to take place on 29th September, if called and cancelled before that then 100% refund?

For the first 30 days refund is 90%.

Yes... Place request immediately first...90% is assured.. rest 10% if they deduct can be disputed..
