Will you please guys let me know some tricks to cash-out Rupay Credit Card without any charge or with a minimum charge?
Also, let me know why there is a daily limit of Rs. 2,000 for UPI transactions. And I still get that message even if I didn't use 0/2000.

No, there is no limit of 2k, you can spend full limit.

Above 2k MDR thing is merchant concern, not yours.
