How to change card type while doing e sign

Got a call for confirmation of application from SBI card and I told them simply click and applied for the same ,
But they changed to prime varient even though I denied it on call and got NESL e sign form.

It mentions prime card in document so I didn't proceed with e sign.
Now how to change it back to simply click varient.

I advice you to what they given.

Use it for 6 months only shopping, entertainment, don't use for wallet reloads.


After 6 months apply what you want , close old and transfer old limit to new one.
