How to change city in SBI sprint while applying for new card

Hi, I already have sbi simply click card. I was applying new card through sbi sprint but by mistake I put wrong city and clicked on next. Now I am unable to change city. I also called customer care for the same but they said first finish the whole application and application number will be generated then only we can cancel your application and apply afresh.
Is there any solution to change city?

Close sprint and open with otp again u can change
While I applied in sprint I got error and when I logged in with otp again I got saved form

Did that too but no option coming to change.
