How to change communications address in Indusind Credit card

Hi all,
So I currently hold a pinnacle cc and exclusive account and the pinnacle credit card has my Ghaziabad home address whereas my bank account which was opened after cc has my real Yamunanagar address.
Now, I was trying to get priority pass on my credit card but the cs call says that it'll be delivered to my ghaziabad flat which I don't live at anymore and what to change address to yamunanagar permanently.

I tried doing it using app, but it shows only single customer ID and under it only my sb account and not credit card, and I am 100% sure that my credit card is linked to that customer ID. I've updated my address with adhaar verification but on app credit card communications address it still shows Ghaziabad.

Can anyone please help me on what I can do, I want my cc address to be same as bank account and adhaar and I can't find any way out.

login netbanking.

make sure both credit and account under same user id, if not then you have to add credit card there.

Note: you must do that to avail 0 bal condition account.

then in netbanking after login, online preferences, address, edit and make changes.

upload supported document. done

it will be approved or rejected in 3 days.

The user ID is same for credit card and bank account I am 100% sure as they show up together in both app and net banking and 2ndly I tried forgetting user id of credit card bank account separately they both show same IDs.

Now, I tried doing what you told, the issue is under my user ID it shows only SB account and not cc, also the address is correct as in adhaar and that's where I received bank welcome kit and now my replacement dc.

But in phone app and cs call, they tell my credit card's address different then what I have now in bank and adhaar, they tell my communications address as the place where I got it delivered when I was living for ofc work.

Please tell me what to do, using app adhaar otp I've already once updated address but it is still the same for cc and cs is of no help and tell me to use app.

Please note that both the cc and bank accounts were opened around aug and September of this year, cc was opened first.

I guess once linked, I cannot link it again?

Plus as I told you, I tried to login into credit card user id, by forgetting option but it shows same user id for both bank account and cc, hence I can't login into cc seperately.

Was able to find link option and tried doing it over app, but it says already linked.
Also, when I open indusind mobile app, before putting mpin it shows credit card last digits on the right and bank account digits on the left, and when I go to credit card section and update communication address, it shows ghaziabad (old) address and no option to update.

then mail only. as mentioned by you, it takes long time but thats the only option.

Understood guys, if they don't give me a proper response within a week, in that case I'll cc their seniors too.

Also, can we get add on for sibling on Pinnacle cc? And is it free?
