How to check upgrade offer for IDFC Millenia

Hello,
I have been using IDFC Millenia credit card for around an year, got it preapproved due to existing savings account, have done all payments on time till now.
However, the savings account was closed in April this year.

Please advise how can I request for upgrade to Select/Wealth?
Will there be any hard enquiry on CIBIL if requested? or anywhere we can check if we are prequalified for upgrade?

you mean applying on c2c basis for upgrade? I got the Sapphiro in March this year.. I believe it might not be eligible as it should be min. 6 months right?

I talked to IDFC Customer Care last month, and they told me that they are only processing credit card applications through the IDFC Online portal. Many people on this community are also complaining that even their RM is not able to forward their credit card upgrade requests right now. Maybe, things have changed after 1st July, but I doubt that IDFC credit card can be upgraded as of now.

Could you please share email id if you are aware? also any idea if this upgrade request would lead to hard enquiry on cibil?

Send a mail to banker@idfcfirstbank.com they are likely to upgrade to Select CC. Direct upgrade to wealth is difficult. Do you have salary income/salary slips/ITR?

Yes I am salaried so have them.

Dropped an email to IDFC to upgrade from Millennia to Select variant and received below response.. have shared the docs. Lets see if they upgrade, have been using Millennia from one year.

It was increased x3 times and I had requested upgrade from Millennia to Select. Increased limit is getting reflected on the app as well.. they said they will proceed with fwding my request to card upgrade team now after LE, which is subject to bank internal policy they mentioned.

I requested for upgrade only but as per the process they first did LE and now they are processing the upgrade of my card. They had requested for latest 2 months salary slips as I am salaried. After providing the proofs, they have completed the LE

Today i request to upgrade for wealth. Got call that we are not stared upgrade process. I have good CTC and ready to provide payslip. Can you please tell me which mail/call you used for upgrade request?
