How to check upgrade offer for IDFC Millenia

Hello,
I have been using IDFC Millenia credit card for around an year, got it preapproved due to existing savings account, have done all payments on time till now.
However, the savings account was closed in April this year.

Please advise how can I request for upgrade to Select/Wealth?
Will there be any hard enquiry on CIBIL if requested? or anywhere we can check if we are prequalified for upgrade?

Today i request to upgrade for wealth. Got call that we are not stared upgrade process. I have good CTC and ready to provide payslip. Can you please tell me which mail/call you used for upgrade request?

They will not directly take upgrade request. First send a mail first for Limit enhancement to banker@idfcfirst.com. They will ask for salary statements etc. After limit enhancement is applied, then request them to upgrade card.

I requested for upgrade only but as per the process they first did LE and now they are processing the upgrade of my card. They had requested for latest 2 months salary slips as I am salaried. After providing the proofs, they have completed the LE

If u don't have an issue then could you plz tell us how much is your salary pm?
Currently I have IDFC Classic c.card totally useless card. I want to upgrade to idfc Select cc.
Few months back I mailed them for upgradation but they said they don't have this option as of now.

I think it is not only based on salary..I earlier had an account with IDFC which was 25k MAB account and have received the Millennia card pre-approved and using from last one year so that I helped I guess. Also the spends were good as I had used the card quite often as it was my first credit card.

@aakash They have not yet given me Wealth, they have just increased credit limit for now. For Wealth they were saying the internal criteria is 5L limit for card to be upgraded to Wealth.

But I am appalled by their customer care and nodal officer support, it is like hardly anyone cares. Earlier I got prompt response from banker@idfcfirstbank.com but later when I escalated to Head customer services and PNO - nobody responds, and many times not even an auto acknowledgement. Seriously IDFC email customer care is pathetic.

How long did it take them to increase your credit limit since the day you sent your salary slips?

I have sent email to creditcard@idfcfirstbank.com and they had processed it.. seems to be very long process where they would first increase the limit and then proceed with upgrade.. I requested mid of last month and it got completed today. Regarding proofs, as I am salaried, they had asked for salary slips. Let me know if you have any further queries.
