How to close One Card?

Hi,

I want the Scapia card but it is getting rejected as I have One Card from Federal Bank. I have metal One Card with 9.5L limit but hardly ever use it. I have requested them to close the card but they are not doing it. Giving me date after date. Ticket is open for over 2 weeks. Any suggestion hoe to close it so that I can get Scapia?

Asked for changing the Banker.
Asked for a metal card.
Asked for an unsecured card.

1Card said - Not possible - for all the above. I said Good Bye.

Changing issuing bank not possible was told to me too. I had unsecured metal card from Federal bank.

One Card closed now appears in my CIBIL report too but still unable to apply for either Scapia or Federal Bank Celesta. How long do I have to wait?

Hi bro I also have one card limit of Rs 385000 tied by CSB bank and due to which I am not eligible for CSB Rupay Credit card form Jupiter app which is powered by Federal Bank .
I think you don't close one card because their offers are very good and you can earn approx Rs 10000 per year by youtuber arindam trick . And scapia credit card is not valuable.

Currently in one card offer going for Amazon Flipkart nykaa ajio to spend and you will get rewards points .
Just placed order and then cancel the rewards points will not reverse .

It is really surprising to know such a big loophole exists in one card.
