This suggestion is quite good in my opinion.
I tried to explore the options of creating a poll, but cannot find it in closed group.

It is not only with this group, it with every group, in TF.
Should we make this group Secret, so that no one can send a joining request even intentionally?
This power is only available to Legend Rankholders.

The new joining requests are a distraction but I understand this is this forum's issue across all groups. I am for making this group as secret. You can see posts in the VIP lounge and moderator of this group and volunteers can send selective invites to active members. Further other active members on other forums basis their contributions can also be considered.
All in all need to have a effective communication amongst relevant members.

It can be easily observed by the reaction on the post of writer or maybe on any comment.

The gist is that, it is better to weed out bad actors or PPL who don't use bugs/hacks responsibly then to have cards getting devalued. I find that there should be a age limit for entry.

For eg. If I were in a college dorm i would immediately spread it out to my hostel mates to score brownie points rather than keeping it limited to myself and my family. Ofcourse there are exceptions to everything that is generalized.

if a person is having hni cards then obviously they must be of a certain age limit.

one other validation could be that the PPL getting entry must disclose their social media handles etc, again it won't be foolproof but might disadue folks from bragging. Not sure how to implement but just my 2 cents.
