How to convert a regular PNB account to an HNI

I have an active regular savings account with PNB at my college location.
1. Can I convert it to 50K HNI as stated here
2. If yes, How?

PS: now I live 1000km away from my home branch

Please visit nearest branch as them to process your request
If they ask you to move your existing SB account to that branch , then you can give your confirmation.
Distance from home branch should not matter.

You can transfer your account online using netbanking or PNB One to nearest Branch and then visit there to get it done.
