How to convert Axis Myzone to Reserve?

Hi,

I have 3 axis cards and am interested in getting the Reserve (inplace of Myzone LTF).

Currently no upgrade offers on my card. What do you suggest I do? Should I cancel Myzone and apply or can I mention during Reserve application? Thanks for the help

What are other 2 cards? You can definitly try calling the Customer Care and ask them for upgradation once.

Tried this already and they said they cannot upgrade unfortunately

Axis customer care have stopped card upgradation request through call , also they said they don’t take add on card request as well on phone banking
You need to send a mail to their customer support for upgrade request

they upgraded my privilege card to select card last month over call when my savings account got upgraded to burgundy.. not sure whether they do that for super premium cards like reserve and magnus.. if done on call there is no cibil hit, for new application there will be.. and axis is bad in this, sometimes they have had 2 cibil hits for one application although impact on score is low

They told same to me few months ago that we hqve stopped upgradation over call but when I asked them again last month, they were offering me MyZone card over call itself. But since its not a good card I rejected it.

So it depends on some terms & conditions. They're now selective while giving card upgradation over call. But not stopped for sure.

As per this comment by @TechnoFino, it is not possible.

I just upgraded my MyZone(paid🤦‍♂️) card to Atlas(Paid) by calling the customer care.
