I have converted my HDFC Millennia Visa variant to Diners club network like that.
HDFC Millenia Visa variant provides lounge access in very less cities when compared to the HDFC Diners Club variant.
just call customer care and ask for network franchise change, I did that and received card within 5 days (Millennia mc to visa)can you please share the mail which you sent to HDFC? I also want to change millenia to Diners Club Variant.

already escalated multiple times to PNO too. they forward the email to the eterna team or conversion team. crpc I have kept in CC not actually mail them directly. they also replied keeping crpc in CC. looks like they are not scared of this threat.Before mailing to crpc@rbi.org.in you should/must have filed a complaint with Nodal Officer.

i desperately want to do it now because the lounge network have massive difference between visa and mastercard.

It took a lot of back and forth email. But they finally did it.
There is no story here to tell. I kept emailing them to convert the card even if they decline. Sometimes Eterna, sometimes CRM and sometimes Escalations team.can you explain the whole process in a thread, it will help a lot of people here

Current card was not LTF. not sure about the new card will check. I was asking for LTF and conversion though. will check once I get the card.is your card ltf and will it remain ltf after changing the card network?

Have you received the Visa variant physical card ? I also emailed them for the Visa card and received a strange reply that they are only issuing the Mastercard variant as of now.
