how to convert my bob eterna mastercard to visa infinite?

i have a bob eterna mastercard world but i can't access 080 lounge t1 blr through that so i want to convert it to visa infinite. i have two add on cards also and i want to change them too. pls suggest how to do it and if anyone has done this before, tell me too.

Have you received the Visa variant physical card ? I also emailed them for the Visa card and received a strange reply that they are only issuing the Mastercard variant as of now. I have just received the card ( Mastercard) . Yet to activate.

Yes.
I received the visa card.
But strangely they levied membership charges.
Have emailed them remove it.

They definitely provide visa card. Mine just got upgraded and they sent a mail saying visa eterna is approved and will be dispatched shortly. You can activate your mastercard and then try mailing them for conversion. BOB crm takes a lot of time for any request so just ensure your mastercard eterna does not get deactivated after 37 days.
