How to convert paid Tata neu Plus into LTF?

I received Paid Tata neu Plus card 5 months ago under pre-approved offer, but these days they are providing it LTF for some users. I am HDFC classic customer having this single HDFC cc. How can I convert this as LTF card?

You can't. I tried contacting their escalation team but they denied. Will close it before renewal as this card isn't providing any value for the price.

yes bro ...I want at least one LTF HDFC card.They are neither giving pre approved offer for LTF millennia nor making this tata neu LTF. So I am thinking about closure of both saving account & Card.

HDFC doesn't value their existing customers. I've almost stopped using their services.
