Federal Bank does not have a process to manually convert credit card variants, as confirmed in a response received by one of my colleagues.

It is easier if you have a banking relationship with Fed Bank. My branch's Asst Manager was super helpful in getting my Celesta approved.

Can you elobarate on that,what is the procedure?

Quoted the RBI clause and filed a complaint with RBI, in initial stages they were very keen in straight away denying the same with different reasons , hoping I would close the complaint, but they can't say that in official response to RBI, hence at last they gave up and I won.

I just noticed. The bank was "supposed" to do a soft launch internally for its employees yesterday but I saw many people already availing the facility yesterday itself. Oh well.🥷
