Adding to this - how to delete any UPI ID? Is it possible to delete? We have been creating UPI IDs in many apps and do not track them.

Is there a way to find out how many UPI IDs are there associated with my bank account or mobile number?

Is it possible to delete unwanted / unused UPI IDs?

One unofficial way is if you have kotak bank account. Go to kotak app and pay contacts -> enter number -> change app.

It will show "most" apps that you have registered with your number.

That I don't know.

You just have to manually go to that specific app and remove all your accounts and delete it if there is option for it or contact customer care.
