How to downgrade from bank of baroda bob super savings to zero balance account?

The Bank of Baroda has ambiguous policies. Every month they are charging 300-400 rupees as minimum balance charges

Is there an online way to downgrade the account?

If not, whats the offline route.
kindly help.
