How to Downgrade RBL Signature+ Debit Card to a Lower Variant Online?

Hello Technofino Members,

I currently have the RBL Signature+ Debit Card and want to downgrade it to a lower variant, such as the Platinum Debit Card or any other lower variant.

Does anyone know if there's an online process to request a downgrade, or is it mandatory to visit the branch for this? If anyone has experience with this or has successfully downgraded their RBL debit card, please share the steps and requirements.
