How to find if my HDFC Regalia is LTF or not

Hello fine people.
I got a Regalia card this year. Mainly for the lounge access (A very good news came recently /s ).
I think it is LTF from the phone call I accepted it from. But I dont know how to check if it is LTF or not. How do I check it?
Any help is much appreciated.
This is my first post in the Forums. I tried searching for the info in the Forums. If it is already there I am not able to find it. Thank you

Mail the customer care, share your credit card number, name, email and phone number. Send email from registered email ID.
They will be able to clarify whether it's LTF or not.
