This is screenshot of miles earned for Swiggy Voucher via Intermiles. I purchased 1000 X 2 vouchers consecutively and got 5% for first transaction and 2% for second transaction.

Pay with rewards T+ 1 Transaction showing as "not successful" for a Yes card payment being made for the first time.
But I Received the intermiles and cashback.

Email says --
Your payment to AK InfoPark Private Limited was not successful.

failure reason
"Marked dropped as transaction has timed out"

I did not re-attempt the same transaction, but it's showing as initiated instead of processing.

Edit:- after 1 hour initiated has changed to failed.

So now what will happen, will the money get refunded to the source or the transaction attempted again?

Ms Heera of Snapay customer care says that it will be returned to source if it is not captured at their end.
See screenshot of the chat with Snapay customer care.

When I asked "How & when I will know if the payment is captured at their end or will be returned to the source" she gave the same reply
